Chamomile was in abundance this year on the farm. I think I planted over a thousand plants! We harvest the blossoms well into the fall to use for tinctures, teas, oils and elixirs. It’s an easy and wonderful plant to grow from seed or transplant. Spending time with this plant is sure to increase your flow of creativity and inspiration. I use this wonderful aromatic bitter for digestive issues such as cramping, bloating, gas and stress-based digestive upset. It’s a great herb to use for anxiety, inflammation, menstrual cramps and sleep issues.
Contraindications: Avoid using if you have ragweed allergies.
