All of us at Herbal Rev have fallen in love with this gorgeous mocktail! The Maine Forest Fizz is a sophisticated and refreshing beverage, a delicious blend of wintery freshness with a sweet, tangy twist. See the recipe below!

"The Maine Forest Fizz"

Ingredients: (makes two 8 oz drinks)

2 Tbsp Maine Forest Hydrosol                                                                                                  2 Tbsp White Pine Shrub                                                                                                          1 tsp Rosemary                                                                                                                          1 - 2 Tbsp Honey                                                                                                                        2 cups Still/Sparkling Water

Optional: slices of lemon, 2oz gin*

Directions:

In a quart mason jar, muddle the honey and rosemary, then add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and shake. Then strain into 2 glasses over ice. Garnish with extra rosemary and a slice of lemon if desired + enjoy!

*If you'd like to add alcohol to this mocktail, we highly recommend gin from Barren's Distillery in Camden, ME. 

For us, sleep is a time to relish – we get to reset, recharge, and, if we’re lucky, escape to an enchanting dreamworld. The star of The Knockout is Mugwort Hydrosol. Mugwort is a nervine herb that we’ve found helpful for moving cold and stagnant energy out and away from us. Mugwort is often used for dreamwork – we reach for it when we’re trying to relax our nervous systems. Drink this potion before bed for an evening of deep, restful sleep.

1. Brew an 8 oz mug of Goodnight Moon Tea (1 ½ TSP tea in 8 oz of boiling water, let steep 5-15 minutes)
2. Stir in honey, Mugwort Hydrosol, and Go To Bed Evening Elixir
3. Inhale the sweet steam + enjoy

Fire up your fiesta with this spicy and citrusy herbal cocktail!  Our take on the classic Spicy Margarita features Fire Cider, fresh lime, orange, and pineapple juices, mixed with Tequila and a spicy rim!  

Cool off with this energizing fruity cooler made with our Energy Tonic!  We mix our power packed tonic with sweet cherries, fresh lime juice, raw honey simple syrup, and a little bit of sparkling water for an incredibly refreshing herbal beverage.  It would go great with 1.5oz of Vodka or Tequila if you are looking for a thirst quenching cocktail as well!
