This easy crowd pleasing recipe is a FANTASTIC way to incorporate Fire Cider into your diet! It's packed with protein, legumes, herbal goodness, and a delicious kick of spicy farm-to-bottle flavor.
1 can organic garbanzo beans
1 can organic kidney beans
1.5 cups freshly blanched green beans (or 1 can)
1/4 red onion
2T olive oil
1oz Fire Cider
1 lemon wedge
2T fresh parsley
Salt + pepper to taste
1. Start by combining cans of rinsed garbanzo beans, kidney beans, and freshly blanched (or canned) green beans in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1/4 red onion finely diced, 2T olive oil, 1oz Fire Cider, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt + pepper to taste, and freshly chopped parsley.
3. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set and enhance flavors.
5. Serve as a side dish or on top of leafy greens and enjoy your 3 bean Fire Cider salad!
