I love working with magical plants.
I’ve been making these dream wands for close to 25 years. It was these dream wands that inspired the creating of the Lucid Dreams Tea.
I’ve been doing dream work since I was a young girl and making these has always been such a magical process. And so is the burning of them before bed.
These beautiful wands are made with Mugwort, Wormwood, Yarrow, Lavender, Chamomile, and Calendula.
I love mugwort, wormwood, and yarrow for helping me dive into the darkness and deep subconscious with curiosity. Pushing me to my edges of comfort while feeling strength and protection. The Lavender and Chamomile assist in getting there, relaxing my nervous system, and the Calendula represents the light, which helps me stay tethered and find my way back.

To use your wands, light the top on fire and let it burn for a moment before blowing it out gently so it smokes. Of course, always be extremely careful when burning herbs and have a safe way to extinguish your wands.
If you have these herbs dried, you can easily burn this same blend loose on an incense charcoal briquette in a fire-safe bowl on a heat-proof surface.

There is magic and power in this pivotal time, noted by human civilizations throughout history and sanctified through ritual. Many traditions, having been passed down through generations, are still practiced today. The relationship between humans and plants is often visible in these rituals. There are things we do even now that connect us with ancient ancestors. In both practical use and symbolism, these four herbal bodies hold significance to us in connection with the Winter Solstice and we’d like to share them with you.
